Adding Research Credits After 10th Day
Step 1: Meet with your professor
- Speak with the professor who you have been doing research with. Confirm with them the course rubric number (ex. EGEN 498, EMEC 498, etc) and the number of credits that you are elligible to earn based on the amound of work you are doing.
Step 2: Submit an add/drop form
- This Docusign form is found on the Registrar’s Website.
- You will need to include your professor, your academic advisor, and Assistant Dean Dr. Jennifer Clark (jennifer.clark6@montana.edu).
- The form requires you to include a professional letter. Please use text below for this letter. If this is not included, the form will not be signed by the Assistant Dean.
