Per Leader Program

Peer Liaison Outreach Team leaders are Junior and Senior student cadets who have applied to serve as peer mentors across both both Army and Air/Space Force ROTC programs.

PLOT Leaders build engagement across the NACOE ROTC Community by sharing their experience and knowledge with their peers.
