Peer Mentoring

PLOT Leader Program

Peer Liaison Outreach Team (PLOT) leaders are Junior and Senior student cadets who have applied to serve as peer mentors across both both Army and Air/Space Force ROTC programs.

PLOT Leaders build engagement across the NACOE-ROTC Community by sharing their experience and knowledge with their peers. They organize signature events and informal engagements like peer tutoring and study teams.
